Brian Mellor is an award winning Master Chef of Great Britain, former Head Chef at BBC and Executive Chef at Granada TV. He has been involved in almost everything to do with food from cooking privately for celebrities and royalty to overseeing dozens of chefs in busy restaurants. Passionate about passing on skills, Brian opened his cookery school in Cheshire, North-West in the old Harthill Village School, previously left closed and empty. The building’s doors were unlocked as part of a rural regeneration project, bringing the 150-year-old school back to life. Brian is also one of our judges for the Sous Chef Challenge with Gregg Wallace.
